Namaste' is a Sanskrit word which means the spirit in me honors the spirit in you.
I began Journey work in March of 2008, doing several workshops and Journey processes myself. I have been working with others since April of 2008 and was accredited in January 2009. Nothing I have done in my life up to this point has been as meaningful and as satisfying as working with others to release their emotional blocks through Journey work and to see them blossom!
